Our aim is to give ownership of relational and restorative practice to those we work with.

Evolving a culture defined by the quality of human relationships, and developed with staff at all levels, is a perfect recipe for implementing and sustaining change, improving productivity, patient/client safety and care.

 

Our vision is for relational and restorative practice to become mandatory and a core part of  mainstream health and social care services.

This will enable leaders, managers and staff to have sustainable, enjoyable careers, characterised by accountability, equity, shared decisions and governance, a working culture that values the voice of everyone.

Relationships for Change

Accredited by the Royal College of Nursing (5 hours CPD). 

Participants progress through a series of structured modules, gaining practical tools and techniques they can immediately apply within their team/department/organisation

Current and recent projects

  • 2023 (ongoing): Relational and restorative practice collaborations with multiple NHS Trusts, including leadership development; keynote talks and workshops; practical workshops with PNAs and PMAs.
  • 2021 (ongoing): Relational and restorative practice programme with University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust with clinical and operational leaders, managers and staff.
  • 2023 – 2025:  Restorative practice partner with Nottingham Children’s Integrated Service, introducing and embedding service-wide training and development.
  • 2023 – 2024:  Whole service implementation of restorative practice with Birmingham Early Help teams.
  • 2015–17:  Training provider with Leeds City Council towards Leeds becoming a Restorative City.
